Buster Brown Photography

Objective

Create a logo for Buster Brown Photography that pays tribute to Buster, the client’s best four legged friend.

Solution

The logo design concept was based off of a yellow lab who is the mastermind behind this company. Starting with a photograph of Buster, I created a vector illustration of his face calling out the main structure of his face using limited shapes and color. This illustration would also be used as a stand alone graphic to watermark photographs. After this element was established, I worked with the client to decide on a font that expressed the personality that needed to be portrayed through this logo. Below is the progression of this identity development.
